Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar National Association of Engineers (BANAE) reserves the right to reject the membership application. If the membership application is rejected, the applicant will be offered the refund of the paid fees.

Provisional Period

Membership shall be confirmed by BANAE within 15 working days. Till such time, membership shall be provisional.

Refund Timeline

If Membership is not accepted by BANAE, then payment made shall be refunded within 15 working days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the account from which payment is made.

Application Submission

Applicant submits membership application along with the required fees. The application is received by BANAE for review.

Provisional Membership (Days 1-15)

Membership shall be confirmed by BANAE within 15 working days, till such time membership shall be provisional. During this period, BANAE reviews the application for completeness, eligibility, and compliance with membership criteria.

Membership Accepted

If the application meets all requirements, membership is confirmed. No refund is applicable as the membership is granted.

Membership Rejected

If BANAE decides not to accept the membership application for any reason, the applicant becomes eligible for a full refund of the paid fees.

Refund Processing (Within 15 Days of Rejection)

If Membership is not accepted by BANAE then payment made shall be refunded within 15 working days. The refund process begins immediately after the rejection decision.

Refund Credited

Refunds will be credited to the account from which payment is made. The amount is returned to the original source of payment to ensure security and traceability.

Important Notes

  • The 15-working-day period for membership confirmation commences from the date of receipt of a complete application along with the full payment.
  • Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment source (bank account, credit card, or digital wallet) from which the payment was made.
  • In case of any discrepancies or delays in refund, applicants are requested to contact BANAE immediately with their transaction details.
  • BANAE reserves the right to reject any membership application without assigning any reason thereof.
Please Note: The refund amount will be exactly equal to the amount paid during the membership application. No additional interest or compensation will be paid. Any transaction charges, if applicable, borne by the applicant at the time of payment will not be refunded separately.
